Ways to redeem

Spending your hard-earned points is easy. Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout.

Rewards Policy

Redeem your Rewards

You can redeem your points using the rewards tab on the bottom left corner on our website. The promo code can be applied at checkout when you place an order on our online store. Ensure the email you are using in your customer account is the same email used when placing the order.

After you successfully redeem your points on an order, points display as a discount on the order receipt. You can't redeem points after an order has been placed.

Points are issued when your order has been fulfilled.

Points do not apply to gift cards or apply to taxes and shipping charges.

Points can only be redeemed for orders over $50.

Returns on orders that earned points

If you earn points on an order, and the order is later returned, then the points that you earned from that order will be deducted from your rewards account.

Refunds on orders that were paid for using points

If you return an order with points redeemed, then only the remaining balance paid is refunded. The points used will not be credited back to your account after a refund is issued.

If points redeemed cover the total of the returnable item, no money will be refunded.
