Is the jewelry real?

Yes, we guarantee all materials are 100% genuine as stated in the product description.

Do you offer ring sizing?

Yes, we offer ring sizing upon request and take 2-3 business days. We size up to two sizes free of charge. Contact us for pricing on resizing more than two sizes. We do not accept returns on resized rings.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes, contact us for all custom jewelry inquires. We will personally work with you on designing your order and provide options to accommodate your budget.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders take 1-2 business days to prepare it for shipment and 1-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep based on the option you choose at checkout. This does not include production time for custom orders. Please see product description on made to order items for production time.

Where is my tracking number?

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy. We do not accept returns on custom and/or altered products (such as special orders, personalized items, resized items, etc.). We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

How do I start my return?

Contact us at info@yellowbrickempire.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
